Substance Abuse Treatment and Mental Health Services Integration Task Force

Mission: To investigate the challenges faced by individuals in need of both mental health and substance abuse (including alcohol) treatment (i.e. dual diagnosis) in the criminal justice system and to facilitate improved services for the target population.
